Teflon® (PTFE) - Sheet & Rod
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is one of the most thermally stable plastic materials. There is no appreciable decomposition at 260°C so that PTFE at this temperature still processes the greater part of its properties. PTFE can be employed at any temperature from -200°C to +260°C. The original PTFE resin was invented by DuPont in 1938 and called Teflon®.

Characteristics:

High heat resistance

High chemical resistance

High dielectric properties

Low friction of coefficient

Non-Toxic
